The objective of this prototype was to test and implement a Point Cloud system in Blender, experimenting with the concept of a Digital Twin. To achieve this, I used AI photo/photogrammetry technology to scan a physical action figure, Godzilla, starting with the initial capture using the Polycam iPhone app. Throughout the process, I experimented with different settings to determine the limitations of sizing and animation. The main goal was to create an initial Point Cloud object and test for possible interactions and limitations. Moving forward, the next step is to import the animated Point Cloud game object into Unity and explore the possibility of attaching colliders.
